Re: Just Ordered: Bob Terzuola Double Bevel

I edc'ed a double bevel for at least a year and I love that knife. Mine was modified with a drop point but a wonderful blade nonetheless. Enjoy your knife!

Re: Caly3 Lightweight??

My favorite Spyderco knife is my Caly3 in Hap40. I would love a lightweight with a 3 in blade, but am also looking forward to a 3.5 in. As long as it keeps the wire clip and comes in a more serviceable steel (anyone else in for RWL34 or SPY27!?) I will be happy.

Re: LeafStorm Sprint anyone?

I've tried twice and can never come around on the Leafstorm. If I need a smaller Spydie the Urban is more ergonomic, comes in interesting steels, and way less likely to cut me if my finger slips up the blade.

Re: Rockjumper discussion

I'm probably going to hold out for the LeafJumper and, as a rock climber, I'd love to see a shot of this with a locking carabiner through the lanyard hole.

Re: Something we don’t see enough of

The Wenger was my first Spyderco and changed the course of my knife hobby. Found it at a thrift store in Littleton for $12. Got me into blade geometry, grinds, and steel choices. Traded it for my first custom bushcraft knife which got me into handles and heat treatment. This knife made me the addict...

Re: Bladeops waved pm2 exclusive

With as smooth an action as the PM2 already has, this just seems unnecessary. I would end up stabbing myself in the thigh.

Re: Mule Team Survey

1) Did you purchase a Mule Team knife in the past? Yes 2) Did you put a handle on it? Also yes 3) Did you make or buy a sheath? No 4) Did you test the performance of your Mule? I used them, but did not test. Got the super blue and cos-3 because I wanted the steels and they weren't available in other...

Re: Are sprint runs too limited?

The supply may be the same as it was 20 years ago, but there were 1.5 billion fewer people. At least a few of them probably want Spydercos.

Going going, back back, to CALY CALY!

Seriously, the caly 3 and 3.5 are perfect all around knives. Especially in Hap40 like I carry most days.

I'm of the opposite mind. Get more Japanese steels out of seki! Super blue, Hap40, and V-toku2 have been amazing and I want more.

Michael walker in super blue. Clad in something a little harder than 420j2. Everything you need is already in Seki.

Oh, the Caly3,

Re: Forum Knife 2020 - No Holds Barred!!!

For 2020, I'd like a throwback model in a throwback steel. Walker, Jess Horn, Salsa, Zowada, or Navigator in CPM-154. Micarta preferred in any color.

The hap40 caly 3 is still on my wish list.
The Hap40 caly 3 is my edc. It's the perfect balance of everything I could want in a knife.

Yes! I'd like more longer, thinner blades in Super Blue.

Police 4 LW!
This! I saw an Endura in SB on /r/knife_swap the other day. The price was pretty good too (like $85).
That sb endura is on its way to my pocket as we speak. It'll fit nicely with my delica, caly 3, and caly jrs.
