I keep Ladybug SE on my key chain. Never know when you'll have to cut a seat belt and it will be handy to reach in the ignition.

I believe the cable - tie is a simple mod to emulate an emerson type opener.

Another possibility is you have your browser settings set to clear cookies and cache when you close browser.
