Look at the Delica and Endura. The lightweight models are both under 4 oz, VG-10 steel, and within your budget.

It would be interesting to see one. I have a few Kershaw AOs and a ZT 0350, but I don't carry them all that often. They make a loud sound when they lock open unless you use two hands, and I prefer to be more discreet when using a knife in public. Still it would be interesting to see Spyderco's take ...

I have a Ladybug, Military, GB and Sage2. I carry the Sage 2 the most. I like the ergos, FFG and the s30v is great.

The detent on my Military, Sage 2, Gayle Bradley and ladybug in H1 are all nice and secure.
