My 2 cents:
I think UFC and the like are pretty stupid shows and parallel to pornography. Both have no value beyond primitive pleasure.

A good place to look for knives would be gun stores, but since you are in MA you may have a little trouble finding one.

Welcome!

I think a sticky at the top of each sub-forum would suffice, but maybe a whole sub-forum would be easier to find.

Man, that thing is thick...is that 5/16"? It is .27" at the handle but near the edge it is thinner so it is still quite usable for finer tasks. It is my "do-anything-the-millie-can't" knife. I have had a .32" knife (a bit more than 5/16") and it is too thick to do anyt...

I play computer games. I used my name as an alias for a while but decided to come up with something more original. Corrupt Chocula came to mind and was very funny at the time, so I use that. On forums I just shorten it to chocula or chucula.

I can't say anything about age and appropriate knife, but I very strongly agree that you should not dull the knives. The only way I learned to respect my knives when I was younger was by cutting myself. By accident of course.

I would go for whichever one you can get new for the lowest price. All will serve you well (ie not chip or break) if you do not abuse them, and it is my humble opinion that you will not be able to tell the difference between the steels in use. ;) I got a FG D2 millie a few months ago on a whim and i...

I would not be able to help those kinds of people. So long as you aren't just separating the good actors from the bad, I think you are doing good work.

I do not envy your job, but I guess it is necessary. Stay safe out there.

Could you elaborate? DRM shouldn't be a problem if you get the game legally. I bought and played it through steam and had no trouble. It really is an excellent game.

Steam updates everything for you. That is very convenient. You can run steam in offline mode or disable auto updates if you just want to play. You can disable startup with windows so it doesn't slow down booting. You mention that there shouldn't be any requirements to play. You are required to have ...
