FRN FFG Endura is a great all around blade for the kitchen to The outdoors.

I'm thinking of going the same way for my work knife but I'm hooked on serrations so I might try hunt down a fully serrated stretch. Undecided :)

Good luck I think a flat ground Endura is a great choice for you Salimoneus.

I edc a fully serrated blade.

I never can be sure of what I'm going to cut through from Day to Day.

I can cut through almost anything with a spyderedge knife from thin plastic film to good size tree branches.
