Re: Obscure But Yet Extremely Cool Past Models

There was one of the Cricket models I liked even more than that FRN model. I had two of the Carbon Fiber handled Cricket models at one time and now I down to one. And it's a safe queen at this time. I really loved many of the Carbon Fiber handled models from that era. Also I even more deeply regret...

Re: Walker Carbon Fiber Klotzi Screw Missing?

I own a number of C22s (Walker-Klotzli). The screw in your photo looks like the middle has been drilled out or replaced with non-factory produced hardware. The screw should look like the ones in my photo. Not saying that your knife is, however, I’ve seen a number of counterfeit C22s based upon the p...

Re: Citadel 83mm civilian question

Spyderco considers the Citadel to be a Restricted Model covered by the Federal Switchblade Act of 1958. If you have the original paperwork that accompanied the Citadel, there should be a Restricted Item Return Form that has you certify that under the Federal Switchblade Act of 1958 and any other app...

Re: C27 - Spyderco/Moki Jess Horn Collection Complete

QUESTION?? Were there any other older Spyderco models made with the "Trapezoidal Opening Slot"? This is the only one I'm aware of. Also was there any other model ever made with a similar serrated pattern like the serration pattern on this C-27 SE model? Also if my memory serves me well th...

Re: Talk me into (or out of) the Autonomy 2

I own a bunch of Autonomy 2s. They’re solidly built and in LC200N pretty corrosion resistant. Not bad for the price.

Re: C27 - Spyderco/Moki Jess Horn Collection Complete

It is the only Spyderco with a trapezoidal depression for opening as well as the SE version is the only Spyderco folder that does not use the Spyderedge serrations.

The fit, finish, and overall quality of this knife is superb and you can see why the price for it was $349.95 in 1994

C27 - Spyderco/Moki Jess Horn Collection Complete

After many years, I’ve managed to assemble the full run of the C27 - Jess Horns made for Spyderco by Moki including one of the ultra rare “leftovers” from the run that Moki sold under their brand in the Japanese market (the one on the far right in the photo).
