Cutlery Shoppe
New Graham
Howe's Shop

(Bento Box and Not Just Knives are also great!)

P.S. I forgot about Poor_Fish. I have found some terrific deal by watching his auctions and bidding carefully, but his store has good pricing too.

Delica or its big brother the Endura. The Native (not the higher priced Native 5) is a nice knife as well and the price is decent. The Tenacious is a great value knife as well, I have four. You'd be happy with the ffg delica though. Good luck, the shopping is part of the fun, enjoy. Anxious to see ...

Manix 2 XL Pre-Order (BHQ)

Just spotted and I can't believe I almost missed it. This is my answer to the S30V question. So YES, I will be buying another Crucible steel blade. Thanks Spyderco.

My Bento M4 Manix 2 or my CF Manix 2. Both of these came to me super sharp (for a factory edge).

One of my many FFG Delicas or Dragonfly 2 in my off-hand front pocket for most small cutting chores and a Manix 2 or Superleaf in my strong-side rear pocket with lanyard. These combinations always give me lots to choose from.

GPK and SSK

Both GP knives and Sooner State have the Yojimbo 2 at a less then MSRP. SS doesn't say pre-order, but GP says they are expected 12/20/11.

I use this one alot as well. I also find it very helpful to have the knife-sized-boxes mailed to my attention at work instead of home.

Its way better to make your own. Check out TIAT on the Utube. JD knows his stuff and has taught me alot about new knots, etc.

That is the sound of inevitability

I own both knives and I do not have a complaint of either one. I would say if money is an issue, go for the Manix2, if not, the Superleaf. Actually you should just buy them both because you'll eventually do that anyway! :D I couldn't agree more. I own 7 Manix 2 blades and it is by far my favorite, ...

Off Hand Carry

Bacon, I couldn't agree more. I started by carrying smaller Benchmade knives for my left pocket (off hand use), Sequel or Osborne 960. One day someone turned me onto the FFG Delicas and mine has not left my EDC left pocket since. I love the one hand manipulation and the "zip-tie wave" work...

Police 3 G-10

I have also fallen to the large folder addiction in the pst few months. I looked really hard at the J.D. Smith, but the slim and tapered handle of the Police 3 seemed to look like the better option. Months later I now own 2 of them and they are so sweet to use and handle. I fully recommend you get a...

If you're looking at benchmades, you can't go wrong with the 940/943 series, they are simply beautiful. Now they may not be spyderco-grade s30v, but s30v nonetheless. Axis lock is buttery smooth and a beautiful contrasting purple titanium backspacer to the anodized aluminum handle. The clip won't t...

Linguini, If you haven't sharpened before you will have a learning curve. An edge pro system costs $200 plus, something I can't afford. I got a sharpmaker first to keep the knives sharp before they get too dull, then later got a DMT aligner set of diamond stones. I usally use the DMT system first i...

Mitch, I have to agree with a majority of the suggestion presented by others above. Speaking from my personal experience of carrying a utility and SD blades everyday for the past 8 years, I have come to love my Manix 2 being in my back right pocket for the SD role and my FFG Delica with a zip-tie mo...
