I am definitely down for an Ikuchi exclusive! Blue or green G10 with 20CV would be great, though I would take gray. But like you said, needs some texture.

Definitely more interested in the scales. Cruwear is a great steel, but I really like micarta scales and Spyderco hasn't produced very many knives with micarta recently. I would be interested in this knife in any steel that holds an edge as well or better than S30V.

Yeah it showed in stock when I clicked the email literally right when I received it but was sold out after hitting add to cart. Maybe they’re trickling them out.

Is it just me or does it look like the lock access and lock release are larger? The lock access/cutout looks about the same to me, but the lock release tab is definitely longer, probably because the liners are not recessed. Definitely interested in variations of the Ikuchi. Ti, FRN, micarta, G10, hopefully with a steel change. I love the original and would be a sucker for a cool variation of the original.

I'm surprised this wasn't released/announced this week. For the past two years the second Reveals of the year were released the first week of May. Hopefully we get it next week!
