Re: CS Exclusive Orange Paramilitary 2 DLC CTS-XHP
CS posted earlier today on their Facebook page that they have about 60 left as two hours ago. Thats 60 out of 800. I remember seeing this post on Cutlery Shoppe's facebook page back in early November. A few days ago they posted a picture saying they only have 50 of these left, while the post from n...

I've really been thinking about getting one. How do you like the 4v steel, Dave?
Great looking edge and sheath, btw :)

Removing Stretch Super Blue Patina
Hey All, I just received my first Spyderco Stretch (a used model in Super Blue - woo-hoo!!), and was thinking of trying to remove the patina it came with, so that I could form my own patina and "make it my own." Is there a way to do this without scratching the super blue up? Thanks, Dan ht...

Re: Bradley folder 2
Mine arrived yesterday, already I'm a fan. Seems like an excellent, straightforward working knife. Also a great buy at ~$130. My only concern is that the detente is weak on mine. The blade partially deployed while putting the knife in my pocket. Is anyone else experiencing something similar? My det...

Re: Best way to fix a chipped edge?
I have a tenacious that has more of a rolled edge than chipped edge. With a diamond rod, should I try to roll the chip the other way, or just sharpen the edge normally to remove it?

Re: Bradley folder 2
I just ordered one from CS as well. Best price I've seen for one (as is usual of CS). Been wanting to try M4, can't wait to get it!swigert wrote:I got mine ordered today from CS. If I'm lucky it'll be here Thursday but my guess is a Saturday delivery.

Re: Bradley folder 2
GP Knives posted a video of the Bradley 2, and compare it's size to a Para 2:

Looks like the GB2 is very close to the same width as the Para 2. Awesome!

I'm thinking about getting one of these. How difficult/easy is the CPM-4v on these to sharpen?

Re: Winners of the 2016 Calendar Contest!
When do the calendars usually go up for sale on the SFO website? I was going to place an order, but may wait until the 2016 calendars are released to take advantage of the free shipping.
Thanks,
Dan

Re: $150 to spend on a new EDC spydie...
For the record, the jade m4 pm2 is a Blade HQ exclusive. Knifeworks is also releasing an m4 pm2 but theirs is with carbon fiber. :) You're right, that's what I get for trying to do two things at once :) For the record, the jade m4 pm2 is a Blade HQ exclusive. Re: $150 to spend on a new EDC spydie...
If you don't mind waiting a few months, I would hold out for the new exclusive Jade M4 PM2 from knifeworks BladeHQ. It's at the top of your budget, but that is a heck of a knife/steel combo.

Re: CS Exclusive Orange Paramilitary 2 DLC CTS-XHP
I couldn't hold out any longer - I caved. Here's my new PM2 next to my well-used digi cam PM2 and orange Endura (the VG-10 version, not the burnt orange HAP-40).
Cheers,
Dan

Did BHQ take any preorders on these, or are they all still "available" for when they are released?
