Re: Spyderco Junior: A great knife that deserves to be remade.
My understanding is it's sort of small, so I'm not sure if it's fit my huge hands, but I love the design and would love to see a junior senior that's a little bigger and lightweight, maybe some great steel like cruwear or k390

Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??
Got my newly sharpened Stretch 2 in my poocket today for my hike. I just sharpened it to 600 grit on my KME. I've always taken it to a much more polished edge, but I've been harvesting lots of polypore fungus lately for making medicine so I feel like some tooth may be helpful. We'll see! I adore th...

Re: AEB-L Urban sprint issue.
Fixing the spinning pivot on my K390 Urban is another matter, and I’m not sure how permanent my fix will be. Please let me know if you are able to fix this. I have the same problem with my K390 Urban. I took it apart to fix the blade hitting the back spacer. I did an "ugly but effective" ...

I'd buy unclad ones also, but clad would be grail level useful.koenigsegg wrote: ↑Mon May 27, 2019 4:59 pmI was really afraid of carrying my K390 Urban everyday but with a little oil I've not seen a spot on it. Then again I don't use it for food prep or anything.blendergasket wrote: ↑Mon May 27, 2019 4:17 pmI'd love to see a midsize knife in clad K390 or a clad K390 chaparral.

Re: More models with clad blades?
FWIW, I've never had a corrosion issue with Cruwear. Not saying it's rustproof or even stainless but I can't even get it mine to patina. Same for HAP40. I actually tried to patina a couple of my HAP40 knives and I thought they were getting a little darker but it ended up wiping off. :) I've had som...

Re: More models with clad blades?
Cladding....seems like either they love it or they hate it haha For sure, I didn't want a clad knife for... I'm not sure, aesthetic reasons I guess, or for reasons which seemed tied to purity, but I keep worrying and babying my Cruwear PM2 when using it for food or outdoors (which is very frequentl...

More models with clad blades?
I got a hap40 stretch and dragonfly a while ago and I love the carefree versatility they offer. I love being able to use them away from home for food prep or when it's raining and not have to worry that I will have to disassemble the knife and clean a bunch of rust from the pivot, while still having...

Re: I have lost...
I lost my K390 Urban too, and replaced it with a Hap40 Dragonfly. I do like having the lock and I really love the clad blade. I can just rinse it off without having to worry about the pivot area rusting. I'd love to see some clad K390 blades.

Re: K390 IS "The M4 Killer"
I hope we start seeing some exclusives in K390. I bet a series of Military/Para knives in a nice color and K390 would fly off the shelves. A K390 would definitely fly into my pocket. It would be especially awesome if it were laminated with stainless like some of the Japanese sprints are.
