Back Locks are king.
So much stuff comes out in liner and frame lock. It is hard if not impossible for me to find knives I like.
Aside for my Otanashi frame lock. I don't give a crap about drop shut or fidget nonsense. Gimme a reliable lock that some wear out from 3 to 6 months of use.

re: sal's question: a strong lockback designed for hard use is immediately attractive for an outdoor folder that could take the place of a fixed blade with less bulk, potentially less weight, and significantly easier portability/carryability. therefore the ideal knife for this lock as I picture it ...
