So my knife is somewhere.
Shipped on 20th October by spyderco and no tracking number.

Re: Spyderco Salt Knives as Anti-Shark Defense Tools?

My current anti shark defence is perfectly fine...being 90 miles away from the Sea You should be safe:-) On the other hand, there are no guarantees; there might be a 'sharknado' near you at any given moment! :-) I had a tracheostomy for the first 21 years on earth, swimming was not an option, and ne...

Re: Para 3 Missing Washer

So you took it to bits? Well that was a fantastic idea Should have returned it to where you purchased it. With the car warranty comparisons, you deal with the dealer? At least in my experience. Or do you contact the factory first? The partial disassembly and reassembly is extremely easy. There is a...

Re: Bearded Axes? Broad Axes?

I do not have a properly bearded ax.
I do have a bushman axe which is kind of bearded and to a lesser extent my ct pack axe. Both good for choking up.
But as stated above, vikings utilised them to hook shields, also lightens the head in relation to cutting edge and saves steel during forging

A collaboration would be very interesting.
Maybe his forte is refining others designs and having total design control of a mass production knife and the critique that will come with it would be an unnecessary pressure in his life

He's been pretty busy with his "kids' project. He's really humanitarian, in addition to being a knife nut and scientist. I don't see him much even on his own forum.

I'm pushing for a 52100 UK.

Oh.... so after I got a one in s110v you decide to make one in my favourite steel!
If you hang around waiting for THE knife chances are you'll be buried without having owned a knife at all :)
