A good clean with some spirits or even a dishwashing liquid will do the trick. Use a nail brush or toothbrush to get in the little grooves.

After a clean a quick shot of WD40 and a wipe down and your g10 will look like new

If the WD 40 doesn't work. You might want to try buff the handle.

Not everyone has a buffer, but if you have a dremel type tool you can buy the little buffing wheels/ mandrels from most hardwares, try one of those
