How about G10? I will take any material as long as it lightens up the knife. I think the only reason you do not see high volume is because the stainless steel is holding it back yeah I tend to agree with dd61999 this is the same reason why i prefer the FRN Dragonfly to the SS version. I think a lot of it has to do with your relationship to the maker, and how close your ideas are to what they normally produce. I've got one in the works right now, and am confident it will turn out extremely well. In general, you'll probably have better luck with a newer maker than one who is well ...
