I have a couple in both XHP and s35vn (hollow ground as well as high saber) and MC would be a great steel for this knife but not @$260!

I just ordered a second backup for my primary carry on Black Friday. It has no lanyard tube issues. the first one I got which was early on in the production run very slightly kissed it but after the first sharpening was free and clear I am going to order one. I didnt like lock backs at the beginnin...

I suspect the original pocket clip on the gb1 and gb2 is DLC ; they are quite durable. The new one is a standard Satin silver clip.

Awesome study Shawn! Tomatoes are a great test medium methinks ;) I have a another test proposal: Two Enduras: a k390 @~66HRC and a ZDP-189 at similar hardness.
