I place the blame on using a them and not Golden or Taiwan. I didnt even pay attention to where it was manufactured until I received it, but like others I’m a little disappointed in this one.

I’m still gonna buy this one. The argument for mid techs and customs doesn’t work for me. I’ve handled some garbage mid techs and customs. I trust Spyderco to make a quality product and back it up.

This is a must buy for me, very cool story about the design process. Gunda, how did you get your design to Spyderco and what was it like working with them?

The Maxamet PM2 has fast become my daily carry. Hopefully it’s a success and is produced for years to come.
