Yes, please! This idea would be awesome...especially with titanium handle scales with some sort of crazy grippy milled pattern perhaps?

I only ever use one if I find that it is functionally necessary...and when it is, I try to make it look nice. I use one for added grip area on smaller knives such as my Ladybug...a 2 finger grip can easily become a 4 finger grip with the proper knot(s). On my Slysz Bowie...it makes it so it's easier...

Centofante 3 with dark green g10 and Sage 5 w/titanium scales. I'd actually love to see some of that copper infused marbled CF (not sure what it's called) on any upcoming sprint!

Hey one more thought for you about the KME. I'm not sure where you are clamping the knife, but if at all possible on full flat grinds clamp the ricasso near the handle.
