Re: The Official Gun Brand and Caliber Debate thread!
For some reason, the .357 Mag just never grew on me. I've had several over the years (I still have a GP-100) but they have never held any real appeal for me. my favorite revolver is probably my Smith and Wesson 25-5 in .45 Colt. You need to shoot a 686 with a 3 inch barrel. You may change your mind.

Re: Yojimbo tip
I always was under the impression that the Yojimbo was designed as a self defense knife and not so much as a daily user knife for cutting.

Re: Spyderco OTF would be the greatest right?
Don't know if sales would justify it, but I'd love to see Spyderco offer one or more double action OTF autos. Ideal configuration for me would be a side mounted firing switch like the Piranha Excalibur and BM Infidel and a double edged satin finish plain edged blade. Something with a look similar t...

Re: Petition: make all PE Salts in LC200N
Why wouldn't they be able to make plain edged Salts in LC200N in the US? Can't see why these would need to be sourced out to Japan. I've been patiently waiting for an FRN handled plain edge Salt in LC200N. Come on Sal.

Best way to catch mullet is with a cast net. And they are delicious when they are cooked in a smoker.SpyderEdgeForever wrote:Has anyone here ever gone mullet fishing? What were your experiences and how does it taste, the mullet?

Very nice haul. Are you frying 'em up or throwing them back? A fish fry with some Czech beer sounds real good right about now. That sounds mighty good! I like the black (dark) Czech beers, Budweiser, Krušovice, Kozel, etc. but it is pretty hard to find a bad one. Check the "What are you drinki...

I should have never clicked on this link :D . Now all I am thinking about is the knives I have been thinking about for a while and never pulled the trigger on.. Slysz Bowie Techno But I'll most likely hold out for the Caribbean Salt and have to continue to wait on the other 2. One knife I'm glad I a...

Looks like this one will be in my pocket. I love the rust proof aspect and am looking forward to this one with the LC200N steel. Liking the sheepsfoot blade for the boat. I may need 2 of these.

New Caribbean Questions
This one in the lineup really caught my eye. I've been wanting to try the LC200N steel but wanted something more grippy than Titanium scales for use on the boat. I see that the Caribbean has a compression lock. Is the compression lock and other components also rust proof like the blade steel?
