Should I feel the need for a better steel than my Bow River I will use my South Fork.
Bring back the South Fork and leave the Bow River in its niche.

Re: Handle foreward Native 5
I bought the Native because it has the choil, and when I need more blade length I use a different knife - such as the Native Chief - because it has a choil.

Dragonfly 2, because I always carry one in addition to whatever other knife or knives are present. It is most often the one I reach for if appropriate to the task at hand.

I like a little bit of belly on most of my blades, so I prefer the top version.

I prefer all of my folders to require the application of a continuous force throughout their opening and closing movement. Those capable of moving freely must have a strong positive detent.
Hopefully there is room for all of us in the knife world.

Re: Calling all Canadians - Canadian knife discussion
The knife blade should be from 75 to 87 millimeters long, Canada uses the metric system :-). Absolutely no negative blade angle. Positive blade angle only if very slight. Back lock is good. Should have a choil. Perhaps a Native or slightly larger. Handle of G10 or FRN with an inlaid metal maple leaf...

Re: New JUNCTION model? PSF-27 Blalde Steel?
I have a Junction and really like the knife, which is very light and thin, making it especially nice to carry when a light, unobtrusive fixed blade is required. I measured the blade thickness at 2.5mm and the handle thickness at 9.1mm. The weight is 114 grams. The handle feels good in hand, but it i...

The circumference of a circle is a curve. A straight line is part of the circumference of a circle of infinite radius. Therefore the grind line is a curve.

Re: Mr Glesser, are there no more plans for Cruwear?
Some interesting ideas above, but not many fixed blades. I would like to see consideration for a Cruwear Temperance 2. I would love a fixed blade made in Cruwear. I would like it to be a survival/camp knife though as opposed to a game processing knife. Since we are limited to Golden and Taichung th...
