Keep giving your vg10 S2XL all the love you want, and get the Chief in MC to test side by side. I've tried to love H1 and sharpening during use got old quick.

FWIW the Smock fits the fidget thing better than any Spyderco I've had. You can even get it chopped by Digdug if you require a 3"

I really thought all the hoopla was a bit overblown leading up to the day. It is really hard to put the experience into words. I've never felt so strange, it was like an apocalyptic movie scene or something. Definitely the coolest nature/environmental situation I've ever experienced in my 40 years....

We made a mini vacation out of it and it definitely exceeded our expectations. What a great experience.
