A big thank you to everyone at Spyderco
Thank you Spyderco!!! My son, who is in the Marines, has on several occasions entered the drawing for a special Native that Spyderco gives to active duty personnel stationed in Afganistan or Iraq. Well he called today to let me know that he recieved his Native. He was really impressed with the knife...

Possible Quality Control concern regarding knife assembly
I am an avid collector of Spyderco knives and have owned just about every knife you have produced. I am extremely impressed with the design and execution of all the past and present models. I am a tool and die maker and have extensive experience with producing and assembling high precision component...

Blade swap CF Delica VG10 for a ZDP blade
Hello all, I have a conceptual question regarding the possibility of exchanging a ZDP blade from a Delica (4th Generation) with the frame and scales from a carbon fiber Delica. Would anyone from the Spyderco crew care to weigh in on this? I could take both knives apart to see if it is possoble, but ...

Poliwog pictures
I received a Poliwog this week and just had to get up some pics. This is a very nice knife. Excellent design and construction. This looks as well executed as my small Sebenza. Great job all of you at Spyderco!!!

Just for a follow up I compared the pivot pin on the S30V Military to the older Military design. The eccentric pivot pin has been replaced with a nonadjustable pivot pin. It appears that the adjustable pivot was not necessary as the radiused ramp on the blade would compensate for any wear on the loc...

Changes to the Military
I just received one the latest release of the Spyderco Military and I am very impressed. The blade steel (S30V) and blade grinds are just perfect. The S30V steel holds a great edge and is very easy to sharpen. Is the heat treating done "in house" by Spyderco? The G-10 scales are thicker th...

Commeorative Worker
I just received a Spyderco Commeorative Worker. This is an excellent knife. The construction and materials are first rate! I have always wanted a Worker and I am very glad I waited for this model. The VG-10 blade has perfect grind lines and the aluminum scales have the hard Almite coating. If you re...
