Sharpie marked the delica's factory edge and took a pass, what i noticed is, it ground the very edge (just the tip) of the factory grind. I'm going to use the Edgepro sharpener, not sure on the angle I should set on the EPS for this purpose.

Dug out a broken fence post with concrete today. Used my car tow hook to tow the Concrete piece out of earth, jeez it was heavy! The Rope i used became too tight to remove from the hook. Pulled out my Delica zdp to get the job done. Sweet Cut!
