Re: Ask me your fitness questions
Thanks Tvenuto! I was using Sweet & Low in my coffee each morning to try and avoid using "real" sugar to lower my calorie count each day. On occasion I would use those new zero calorie sweeteners that you put in water to add some flavor. They use sucralose to make it sweet. After readi...

Re: Ask me your fitness questions
I have a few questions. #1. What are your thoughts on artificial sweeteners/zero calorie sweeteners? #2. What are your thoughts on Thermogenics? #3. Do you think body weight exercises (and a healthy diet) are sufficient for building lean muscle and weight loss? Thank you for your time and generosity...

Re: Off the wall - clipless Kopa ... ?
I love the Kopa design. I got really excited when I saw this thread and ask the interest.
Guess I'll need to pick up an original. I'll keep an eye on the Chaparral series(like we all don't keep an eye on every Spydie ) for one that really peaks my interest.

I would say the kitchen utility knife, but don't think it would count as a "new" knife.

Re: Any love for the Kiwi 4?
I really thought this would be the only folder I would buy this year, but I never pulled the trigger. The price is a tad more than I was expecting. Maybe after I unload a few from the collection, I'll pick this one up. I really like the ergos on the non-locking version so I was real excited for this...

Re: Spyderco Tomahawk (SzaboHawk)... Beautiful
I'm more into practical than tactical.
That being said, I really like this tomahawk. The prying end would be great for digging up wild edibles. The curvature of the handle might make it a good bow for bow drill fires(I would have to test it).

Last night I had a Blue Moon Seasonal Winter Abbey Ale. It was really good. I also enjoyed a Shiner White Wing which was quite good as well.

Marmot makes some really nice small daypacks. I have one that I love and use often. It's ultralight and ultrdurable. The model name escapes me at the moment.

Water and coffee.
I've really been enjoying Rebecca Creek Whiskey lately. Very smooth and its made in Texas.
I also like Blue Moon (Made in Golden, CO). Golden really pumps out some quality products.

Re: Anyone Live in Houston?
The weather will be very different from CO. Winters are really mild. There are a lot of really good restaurants and lots of traffic. What would you like to know? The weather is going to be quite a drastic change! My question was more along the lines of how humidity will affect knives and firearms. ...
