hope they weren't carbon arrows  The one that snapped was carbon, but to all fairness, it was really my own mistake. We were out shooting one day and had a friend with us who has never shot a bow before. He shot mine since we are almost same height, but he had trouble pulling and aiming the bo...

Hey there! Archery is great fun. I shoot compounds now, but one day will get myself a recurve. I shoot Mathews Reezen 6.5/#70, with DownForce rest, Deadzone stop and Extreme sight. After a little accident when arrow blew up in bow, I moved to Jull Metal Jackets arrows. Those are heavy bastards for 3...

I compared those of mine and yes s30v is 31.2mm and 20cp is 30.6mm measured from hump to edge. So what. These are knives, not space shuttle engine parts for heavens sakes.

Actually, no, it is terrible and unacceptable, please stop using them immediately and ship to me for disposal. :D

She is gorgeous. Phenomenal work. Good that they don't sell in stores like that because I would just keep buying and never use them as i would hate to scratch this beauty. :)

The people who go on these sort of things are probably just looking for an excuse to do it anyway, probably aren't even hockey fans. This is one of those times the cops need to bring out tasers, tear gas, water cannons and big ol beating sticks. Isn't it much better if individual stops himself from...

I don't see a need in combo. Don't some of us have these thoughts like "I wish this blade is 1/8 shorter", or "wish blade on his Para2 is as thick as it was on PM1", etc.? Chances that someone will like entire duo seem to be smaller compared to situation when everybody picks righ...

It's only a game, and shouldn't be a reason for mass insanity, one would think. Yet another time it is proven that civilization is easily reversible.

I used lanyards on small knives before and agree with The Deacon. But this topic got me curious about how useful (or useless) lanyard may be on bigger ones. Just for experiment I made one for Para2. Now I will make this s30v Para an EDC "of the week" and see if I like it. :) https://lh3.go...

My GB quickly developed a patina after a few days of use cutting some fruit. I cleaned it up with some metal polish and until now, it hasn't developed any patina to speak of in spite of a lot of use on food, fruits, and a futile attempt with some vinegar. The M4 has darkened a little though but it ...

Welcome aboard Pat! It's hard to add anything to great suggestions provided by all good people above. Most likely you will have them all. :) Just make sure that your sharpening skills are ready. I was always trying to buy a knife that I can handle in terms of sharpening and maintenance. Or the one I...

Congrats on your new toy. They just appear small, but they do cut and sit in hand better than some bigger knives.
