I was close to buying a 'collectors' Manix 2, but was put off by the look/feel of the plastic looking button. Liked everything else about it though and kind of sorry I didn't get it.

So the guys name on the certificate (which I covered up) is number 147 of the collectors club? Maybe he can say hello and I'll let him know it has a good home and will it be well used and well cared for :spyder: btw this store had about another 6 Spyderco knives with little envelopes under them - so...

I found this little beauty in a US knife store and thought it would be a great UK edc. It came with a certificate in an envelope - can anybody explain what the certificate is about?

Thanks for the info Phil. I'm a bit strapped for cash at the moment, but have always fancied a visit to the store. I promise myself I will get there one day.

I've bought quite a lot from HH online over the years, Is the store worth a vist?
