Actually, last week, the SFO had the orange and blue delica and orange and blue enduras on sale for a special price...and they were going to extend the pricing if the team won on Saturday.

Ouch.

This forum is actually one of the most civil, polite and just plain friendly places on the web, because of the quality of the people who work at Spyderco and the people who frequently post here. I firmly believe one unscrupulous person will not change that. +1 for courage and honesty and self-polici...

Given Kristi's announcement yesterday, I'd say it's a pretty safe bet that by early next week every internet dealer will have received some of them. This is a regular production knife, so, while I'm sure there will be a goodly amount of interest, I don't think there will be the same overbooked pre-...

I am also amazed by the finish of the steel. It is so reflective it looks like chrome. And, for some reason the blade feel lighter than the other Mules which I know is not possible. I can't wait to use this steel :) Jim The shiny is somehow very intense, +1. Or,... Sal has done something to my brai...

Oh, a whole building full of evil bastards (not you, Kristi), making their evil plans, using evil new steel, evil new handles, evil sprints, giving money to good causes; I can't get my wife to understand any of this...good thing I have my own checking account. Jason, I don't have the Ti Military, but I have a lot of Ti RIL-type knives and most have a little "sticktion" when unlocking. This one does not - it is very similar to the feel of the (steel on steel) Gayle Bradley. That is just the info I needed, thanks, John. I am now faced with a crum...

John,

If you have access to the regular Ti Millie, can you comment on the "feel" of the lock engagement between the two? My Ti has a distinct feel as the lock slides across the steel of the mating surface. I guess I'm looking for a smoother experience...

Could any of the PM2 owners comment on the detent pressure that keeps the blade closed? Have been wondering about that... Since I don't have the Para1, I can't compare directly, but I don't think it's excessively stiff or loose. If anything it's on the new-knife-everything-slightly-stiff side. But ...

The black is the same black as on the Military, black g-10 with fine texture. Black, not gray. Not muted.

Could be the combination of my large behind and the rear pocket of my jeans that hooks some G10 into the side bolster of the passenger seat.

I could probably use some fancy dance move to get in that side of the car, but I'm missing the normal quota of graceful.
