Re: Niacin, the real story

The Kuhn book is one of those essential to anyone's education. As to your discussion of directions in Medicine, we must also include other elements when talking about the revolution in health, already underway, like "vibrational". About 10 years ago I stopped getting sick, "colds&quo...

I believe what @TazKristi means is that it would be easy for bots to register and keep quiet for x years to circumvent purely time based verification processes.
I know. Not saying it can't happen, but in my experience it has been hijacked accounts that are at fault.

Re: Forum Update/Maintenance & Move - PLEASE READ

If someone starts spamming after years of membership, it was not likely a spammer "waiting you out". The account was compromised. I see it all the time. MFA is a tool used to (help) avoid this.

Re: New Members - Moderation Queue

How long is a new user "moderated"? I do understand the purpose, but do not know how long it lasts. I have had to wait days for my post to be released, kind of defeats the purpose of posting. If this is something that lasts an indefinite time, I will continue to read but won't bother posti...

Re: Niacin, the real story

Exercise does more for me. I tried megadose niacin, and HDL did go up. About 6 points. Not worth the side effects. Going to the gym regularly bumped it up 10-12. And many other benefits as well, without the flushing.

G10. Benchmades can be customized with several options, but wood, CF, or G10 are the only options on this one.

Re: Upping the price.

I like that design. It resembles the Lum knives Spyderco used to make. I might get one. China makes good stuff. I think the whole demonizing of China was a bad idea. If Spyderco made this knife in Taiwan it would have a $400 msrp and then the retailers would gouge you to death to maybe $300 with MA...
