My experience is it falls somewhere between M4 and k390, it has significantly more edge strength than M4. It also takes a screaming fine edge. Feels like Maxamet on diamond plates, very glassy.

Wish SNK did exclusives in something besides 4V because I really like their color combo, but not a big fan of most non-stainless (CruWear excepted cuz it is on the edge of resistance).

Speak for yourself, 4v is an amazing steel and almost impossible to find in regular production knives.
