I carry two, one in tool steel for work. The other in stainless for food. I don’t want to eat with a nasty work knife.

Mine looks exactly the same.

I’d like to see a para 3 LW. It seems like a good platform for the steel and the FRN is comfortable.

I think the delay just prevented me from spending all my money on knives, I did get a SE Ayoob so I’m happy as those are mostly long gone and I am SE curious.

exclusives are usually easier to get and cheaper than sprints, sometimes even cheaper than normal production models.

Going back to the OP’s original issue - have you considered making mango hedgehog instead of peeling it? It gives you a perfectly legitimate reason to bust out your Spyderco and slice the bejeezus out of a mango, plus if you have kids they’ll love it.
