Scales seem to be hard to come by these days... Anyone know a place that is in stock and has a good selection?

Any Manix I buy gets the exact same treatment: Cage upgraded to Ti, and scales replaced if they're blue or ugly. Nothing else! And since I blatantly refuse to EVER buy a LW, linerless, or riveted model, I never have to worry about drilling out for screws.

Screw it. I'm going to try other-scale-tip-down on my beloved Para3 Maxamet and stick it in the back pocket again. I'll let you know how it works/feels.

I have a para 3. It hasn't popped open in the pocket, but I've had it pop open a couple times when I put it down roughly or dropped it.
