Finally got mine. Love it.

This morning the website kept giving me an error when I tried to get one, got my card charged a bunch of times and now my order status says declined. I submitted a new order, hopefully it goes through this time.

I also picked up some knives from a Salvation Army, practiced with my EdgePro until I got them all really sharp, and then donated them back.

What’s the texture of the carbon fiber? Is it smooth or slightly grippy? Hard to tell from some of the picks.

It is smooth.

This is my first Delica, I figured if I was going to get one, I might as well go big. I'm not disappointed at all.
