Crafted from CPM® S30V® particle metallurgy stainless steel, the PlainEdge™ blade of this knife is saber ground for a superior balance of strength, edge geometry, and point utility. For tactical environments where light discipline is a concern, it also features a stealthy black Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating that reduces its reflective signature. All the knife's other features are consistent with the standard version of this best-selling model, including nested stainless steel liners, peel-ply-textured G-10 scales, a high-strength Compression Lock® mechanism, and a four-position pocket clip. In keeping with the theme of its DLC blade coating, the knife's clip and all other handle hardware also sport non-reflective black coatings.
