To maximize the performance potential of this steel, this knife's PlainEdge™ blade is full-flat ground and satin finished to create optimal edge geometry and a low-friction surface finish. It also includes a fully accessible Trademark Round Hole™ that proudly proclaims its Spyderco pedigree and allows swift, one-handed opening with either hand.

This one-of-a-kind Para 3 Lightweight also boasts a handsome red handle injection molded from tough fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN). The ultra-lightweight, open-backed handle features Bi-Directional Texturing™ for a non-slip grip and houses a streamlined version of Spyderco's Compression Lock™ mechanism—a high-strength lock that allows safe, easy, one-handed operation. To balance discreet carry and instant access, it also includes a deep-pocket wire clip that is reversible for right or left-side tip-up carry and a lanyard hole for the easy attachment of fobs or lanyards.
