The first defining feature of this elite knife is its full-flat-ground PlainEdge™ blade, which is crafted from Crucible® Industries' CPM® 20CV. CPM 20CV is an advanced powder metallurgy stainless steel that contains a high volume of vanadium carbides and the highest amount of chromium of any vanadium-rich stainless steel currently available. This potent blend of elements gives it a remarkable combination of high wear resistance, superior corrosion resistance, and good impact toughness.

Equally unique, the fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) handle of this knife is injection molded in a deep navy blue color. Like all Endura 4 Lightweights, the handle features Bi-Directional Texturing™ for a secure grip and a four-position pocket clip that supports a full range of carry configurations and keeps the knife poised for instant access.
