    Fox Knives Spy Fox

I have never heard of this collaboration until today when I was browsing Fox's catalog. I nearly soiled myself, since Fox and Spyderco are my top two knife makers. Not too mention this thing is easy on the eyes. Has anyone had any hands on time with this beautiful blade? Because I am fairly certain I will in the near future. Price is a little steep for its size by the video's indication, but I'm fairly certain I don't care. My wallet isn't a fan of this idea, but sometimes he just needs to bite down and take it.

I don't like the tip down clip and that would keep me from buying it.

Bought one for my dad. It's a nice knife, fairly stiff to open and the lockbar isn't super easy to unlock but came sharp and is finished well. Similar to a Dragonfly in size. If you want a small pretty folder it's not bad.

The SpyFox is the smaller sibling of the C99 Volpe, which was also made by Fox Knives in Maniago, Italy.
Blerv is correct, the size is similar to the D'fly, rougly 1 cm smaller.

Yep, besides that it's one of the most exciting threads of the year IMO.

I'm 99.9% sure the Spy Fox wasn't in the Amsterdam thread this year. I've seen updates in the latest purchase thread over the past 2 or 3 years mentioning them, it's been around and available for quite some time now.

I agree. I know that A. G. Russell sold them for a few years, although they seem to be out of stock now. Perhaps he was thinking of the smaller Lion Steel collab?
