    Lambs Liver

    Pan fried in a rich, creamy mushroom sauce....with smoked paprika buttered mash....carrots & vegetable fritters.

    Big fan of lamb, big fan of liver, but never had lamb's liver. I like calf and beef, not crazy about chicken, and although I like pork, I will not eat pig liver

    I really do not know.

    Got this knife from my father, who got it from his father (my grandfather, whose pocket knife it was), many, many years ago.

    These are the only markings on the blade - no other name or ID anywhere on the knife.
