Yes, the Delica's tang gap was filled in.
Also, the Military's clip end was rounded.

    One thing left...

    Here's the picture again:

So far, this is what has been found:
    1. Military: bug on clip lowered
    2. Military: bug added to blade
    3. Chokwe: tip-down clip holes moved
    4. Chokwe: hole in lock bar removed
    5. Delica: tip-down clip holes moved
    6. Delica: tang gap filled in
    7. Military: clip end rounded

    One more thing to go...

This could be a tolerance or clip wiggle thing, but I can't read Spyderco on the oval logo on the scale on my Super Blue Delica, I can only see the VERY top of the letters.

The screw on your Military closest to the Lanyard hole looks like it has been moved up. I think your heal tool left the wrong color where the screw used to be, too. :P

That was the last thing: the Military screw was moved.

No change was made to the Delica's clip position.

Yeah, I've been being intentionally slightly sloppy with my Photoshopping to leave some clues.

Here is the original image alongside the edited version:

That's one down. Not an actual blade swap, but a photoshopped steel change.

The Ladybug tang stamp is different if I'm not mistaken, shouldn't it be like

Also it looks like you messed with the Manix's BBL cutout. There doesn't seem to be enough room to disengage the lock now.

Also, you removed a body screw from the UKPK didn't you?

Yes. Here's what's been found so far:

    1. Para 2 - blade steel marking changed
    2. Manix 2 - CBBL was flipped upside down
    3. Ladybug - H1 marking removed
    4. Ladybug - bug added in place of H1
    5. UKPK - 1 screw removed from handle

Oh I just noticed another one, but I think I'll let other people play.

The only hint I'll give is that the Dodo now has improved grip

UKPK blade swap. FRN orange used to be rescue blade, or G10 with leaf shape.

You moved the Spyder on the scale of the UKPK.

Side note: It's sort of interesting that the Dodo is the only one that says CPMS30V with no space.

I did swap the blade of the UKPK, but that's not one of the things I'm counting for this.

No, I didn't change the bug on the UKPK this time.

See Invective's hint above for a clue to the last thing...

    Oh, I see it.

Yeah, after I looked at google images, I saw the bug was in the right spot and that the Orange was only available in Rescue.
