    No worries, a shot of the knife :



    The regrind has a very light convex curvature due to the fact the Bester 700X is a semi-hard stone. A full flat grind would run at approximately 2.6 dps. The bevel starts picking up some curvature at the top of the SB part where it is about 4.5 dps, it reaches a maximum of 6 dps at about 0.015" which is about half height on the SB part.

    Note the difference in the finish of the SB and 420 part, this was just 50 pps on a 3000 Henckel's to show the very clear division of the steel.
