    A spyderco knife I found

I found this knife many years ago at the mall, may 10 years give or take a few. I have no idea what model it is. Just thought I would share it with everyone. Anyone care to shed some light as to it model number?

It's not one you're likely to trip over in a parking lot again. From the unbeveled handles and lack of steel mark, I'd say fairly early in the production life, probably pre-1990. Not commonly seen for sale these days.

    Welcome aboard!

Oh wow cool. Anyone have an idea what it would be worth?? I often trade gear with other people, and this would be something I would trade. I often get asked what the trade value of an item would be.

In that condition with the poor sharpening too the value would be low. I'd say 30 tops but on eBay you never know.
We would rather be the knife in your pocket, because is "works" better, than the knife in your showcase, because it "looks" better.

Looks extremely old. But really no way to find out what it is, is it?

That's actually a Inronstone hunter, not really the same. It's kind of a hybrid between the Pro grip and Hunter.

To avoid confusion my reply is to IG-88
