My first dog as a child a Manchester terrier almost identical but larger.
Lost my bullmastiff in oct and due to health issues can't get another yet .
Maybe an English bull terrier as the wife would be more confident walking him.
But my true love is bullmastiff , a better guard you couldn't find IMO .
We have a kitten but he's chewed my leather sheaths , claws my legs steals my damn chicken.
We are not on speaking terms right now .
Min Pins are not too common, but not rare either. I know of at least 2 other Min Pin owners just in my neighborhood. They're fun dogs.

    RWB,
Did he eat the memory foam bed topper? What an appetite and what a beautiful animal. Thanks you for sharing.

Moses looks like a great dog. What "breed" is he, or do you know? Great Dane & Lab mix? He has a good intelligent look to him and seems to enjoy the "foam chewy toy" a lot.

Didn't eat it as much as shred it completely. He's a hooligan.

He is all Great Dane, he's only 7 months old so he hasn't filled out yet. He's also very much still a puppy, as you can see by his behavior.

    Tasha (Jack's dog)

    Sawyer (wife's dog)

About 17 cats, pictures later maybe.

My EDC for a while. Stretch with carbon fiber handle, Chaparral 2, Dragonfly 2 with kirinite MOP handle, Manbug with bolster/red bone handle. Super blue/420J1 blades on all three (except Chaparral).

Great picture of your Great Dane there I had a Pitt x lab .
That once ate $200 of new school shoes for the kids .
Only one per pair though :O the first pup pic is my favourite .
A lot of people don't know but harlequin Great Danes are actually not the same breed exactly.
They were selected from heavier stock and mixed with other dogs .
At one time was known as the German mastiff , the KC of Europe put them in together though and today is known as a harlequin Great Dane .
There are those seeking to produce this type though the difference is weight musculature but retaining the height .
Also having pendulous flews too they are awesome dogs .
Bullmastiff is my breed but can't get another list mine in oct .
As current health issues prevent me from doing so , great thread here I also like Great Danes .
Although IMO they need a larger house than mine to live .
A BM will happily sleep off a lazy day but in my experience a Great Dane will bound about .
Or get bored and eat the bed .

We dig rescues and strays and I will try to post pics, but they are lazy and spoiled. 1 dog (pit/lab mix? My girl though part Vieszla but we can't tell) and 3 cats, all stray or rescue and we put on a festival for the county Humane Society. \m/
    I don't get mad. I get..Stabby.

    Here's my two cats

Lector, a rather thick hyperactive cat - he still thinks he is a kitten, but is 6 years old, he is cute though, and never fails to make me smile when I have had a bad day.

He has a tendency to sit on stuff, here he is trying to hop into my pelican case.
I'm fairly certain if I had a room with a comfy cushiony floor, and put a brick in the middle of it, he would try and fit as much body on the brick as he could.

And curled up in the dirty washing basket

Then there's Annabelle, the heavier, more intelligent, normal cat.
Seems to just eat, sleep and curl up on people and purr

Both are well loved, get along with each other, and are reasonably well behaved

    Hey guys,

Here's our two rescues, Stubbs, the reddish one, and Suki, the crackhead.
At thirteen yrs. old, Stubbs is the smartest dog I've ever had contact with. It's like she totally understands what we say to her.
My dog, Suki, is still pretty wired, but has chilled out a little at almost four.
These girls are loyal and love us unconditionally.
Makes my day when I walk through the door and they flip out and are so happy to see me.
    You gotta love that!
    Later,
    Don

They've both been great companions over the years.

Do you have a picture of the mini-dobie next to something for scale? How about her and the cat together? I see the planter but they could be different sizes. I was at a friend's one time and their miniature doberman came trotting out. I didn't know they had a dog or even that there were mini dobermans. That one was full grown but looked like a normal one, only smaller.

Min pins aren't actually mini Dobermans as Dobermans are large min pins.
They are not as wide bodied as a cat either more slender.
Not sure on the standard but I'd say 11" tall.
A similar breed but larger is the Manchester terrier same colour markings.

My two girls, Tink (white n black) Munkey (black n white).
Always had dogs so these are my first felines, although Munkey acts like a pooch more than a cat!1370496062748.jpg1370496062569.jpg1370496357181.jpg

    Thanks !

Photography was a hobby of mine, now it's a full time job !
I really enjoy photographing my cats, especially Lector when he is playing

I haven't got anything in my photobucket of his more athletic attempts, but I have a few pics of him in the air chasing a toy

This is Poppy, our little Maltese puppy. That’s right, 5.5 lbs of pure fury. (In her own mind, however, Poppy believes she’s part Doberman, part Great Dane, and half lion). Poppy suffers from what some folks refer to as “Small Dog Syndrome.” In other words, Poppy feels it necessary to challenge any living creature that she encounters—including dogs five times her size. I once even saw her take on an enormous praying mantis in the back yard. No kidding. She’s a real sweetheart, though. Not spoiled at all. I promise.

We have more than a couple of cats but we lost MY 12 year old cat 2 days ago. He lost a lot of weight suddenly back in November, the Dr. said he had lymphoma. On steroids he gained some weight and was doing well but then the disease progressed again and he lost a lot of weight. Then last week he stopped eating completely so we had to put him out of his misery.
