    Question Thread never appeared

Hi! I'm a new member, and I wrote a thread for the main forum. I posted it (I thought) and received a message saying it would post after review. I never saw it and wondered if I was doing something wrong?

Welcome. Sorry to hear about your trouble. Did it violate any forum rules?

Gosh, I don't think so. It was a thread about my new Manbug.

Oh my Scooby, the Manbug has been a HOT topic lately, you started a firestorm.

Seriously though, it might have got lost in the review process or didn't get sent it someway.
Technology glitch and a busy time of the year for review etc. I have never had this happen, but
as long as the Manbug that you talking about is your knife and not something else, then could
    repost it.

    Welcome to the forums.

First of all SCOOBY welcome to the Spyderco Forum And please try to be a little understanding because the Spyderco staff has had bad problems with trolls and troublemakers that they have had to run off in the past. It could be that your ISP or something in your e-mail addy that may have caught the eye of the moderators.

It's truly hard to say and it might have just been a mistake all together.

You might just respond to some other threads and get yourself established and then in a week or so try to do another thread on the same subject. Once you get about 50 to 100 posts and they see you are a normal contributor then I don't think you'll have any problems. You might try to send a PM (personal message) to Tazkristi who is one of the main moderators and tell her about your dilema. But I'm sure it's nothing but a misunderstanding.
Long Live the SPYDEREDGE Spyderco Hawkbills RULE!!

Thanks for the replies all. I certainly understand the need to moderate posts. I've had to leave a few forums I frequent because the overall tone was just so uncivil. I've been lurking here for a few years, but the revelation that is the Manbug inspired me to post for the first time.

I'm a huge fan of Spyderco, and I'm looking forward to contribute to the forum.
