    Stains on Para 2?

I don't recall, ever, getting stains on S30V. I've never left my blade dirty overnight. I usually at least wet wipe my blade, even if I'm busy. Well, now that we're hear, how can I get it off. Could it be rust?
I could buff with a sewn cotton buff and white rouge.

    Here it is.

Have any Flitz,Maas or even WD-40?
We would rather be the knife in your pocket, because is "works" better, than the knife in your showcase, because it "looks" better.

I'd try to use some Flitz. I had similar spots on my M4 Bradly and it took them right off.

WD-40 and a Magic Eraser. Magic erasers are truly magic.
FYI, WD-40 and a Magic eraser will also make G10 look new.

Also if you use WD-40 and a Magic eraser on smooth carbon fiber (Caly 3 cf) it will be really sparkley.

I bought a used PPT, it had similar marks on the side of the blade. I tried a few things to clean it off, Windex didn't work, Ligher Fluid didn't work, Flitz did work.

I've been off and on using it, and that PPT seems to stain a LOT easier than any other S30V I've ever seen. I let it sit, dry and clean, and it gets a faint stain.

I haven't been able to figure out a reason for it.

Here is a picture I took of the PPT blade before cleaning:

Stainless will stain under the right conditions, happens on my shun every now and then when I don't clean it properly. But yeah just give her a buff with some metal polish and a soft rag, will come up like new.
