    Lost my Manix 2 XL

How long is the customary grieving time before I order another? I feel naked without it...

    About 3 minutes?

    I'd order another ASAP!

Agreed. As soon as you order, you will find original, then you will have two.

I knew if I posted my dilemma here I'd receive excellent advice. You're probably right - as soon as I click submit order I'll find the original. Not that there's ANYTHING wrong with having 2...

I'm the king of losing stuff and until this post I thought for sure that knife was way too big to lose. It's like losing your shoe of your foot. I'll be more careful, but thats sage advice, buy another.
...I have no knives I keep in a safe but there are one or two that don't leave the house...

Buy another and you should be rewarded quickly with finding the lost one.

Losing a knife is always bad and I feel for you. Having said that, that is the reason for pre-need replacements for favorite knives.

You must be sick. One of those is as good a value as a knife costing twice as much anyway so you won't be out that much. If you do find the other one you can always send it to Tuffthumz or someone and have it customized.

Sorry to here that man. As cubsfan pointed out, the only way
to find the original one, is to order a new one. Not a bad knife
to have two of anyway though.

Totally agree! More than one day is to long to wait! I have 2 of all my favorites.

Glad to hear you found it! We found one of my dads SAK's that had been lost for 10 years that he received from his mom as a birthday present inside a couch we were loading up to take to the dump. He was ecstatic to find it.
