    Unhappy Posting Images, Calendar Contest

    Hi there,

For some reason, I am unable to post images to the forum. Every time I attempt to, the image uploaded gives me a little red exclamation point icon, with no further information.

I have posted pictures in the past, although this may have been on the old forum software.

I have tried uploading both .png and .jpeg files.

I have tried (latest) Google Chrome 19 and (latest) Safari 5.1.7 on OS X 10.6.8.

I would like to enter the 2012 Spyderco Calendar contest, so it would be nice if I could upload images.

    Thanks for any/all help

That doesn't appear to be an option when uploading from my computer, only when hot-linking from another URL. This is not allowed for the contest rules.

    kennethsime,
I just did a test upload from both browsers that you mentioned and didn't have any issues. You may want to check your file size and insure that it is not too large. The only way I could reproduce the red exclamation point was by trying to upload an image over the 100kb limit.

If it's not the file size, is it possible for you to post or send me a screenshot or provide more details about exactly what occurs and when? I'm not sure what the error is that you are receiving. When you see the red exclamation try hovering over it, it should show you exactly what the issue is.

There is nothing more important than this one day.

File size was it. Thank you, I must've overlooked that. I had assumed my 72dpi 960px image would fit, lol.
