I haven't seen this one before

This fixed blade is new to me:

What do you guys think? Definitely not a Spyderco knife, eh. Says he got it "delivered from [the] scrapyard". Pretty weird. Thanks for your help.

More a case of an uniformed or just plain dumb seller than anything else. Knife may, or may not be a legitimate Scrap Yard Knife, but why he put Spyderco, rather than Scrap Yard in the auction heading is anybody's guess.

So, this is a real knife brand... I saw a similar knife for sale on another forum, but I couldn't place the manufacturer. (they both have the same general shape and coating) Thanks for the info, Deacon.
It's a mystery as to why he listed it as a Spyderco. I asked the seller to change the title.

Is that not just keyword spamming? Looks like that to me.
We would rather be the knife in your pocket, because is "works" better, than the knife in your showcase, because it "looks" better.

Exactly. I have many filters set up in an advanced search, but I cannot get rid of the listing because he uses "Spyderco" in the title. In this case, it seems that the spamming has paid off - literally.

Looks like his IPhone auto corrected from Scrapyard to Spyderco.

That's hilariously funny. There is almost no chance the phone could do that!

SYKCO does look like it can be "Spyderco Knife Company"
