    Wow, I'm sorry I missed this thread. Thanks to Roman and all you other knife bros. Life has been a bit trying these past several months. I moved to Texas to find work and haven't had any luck. Still, my family here has been helping me along and provided me a very happy and enjoyable birthday.

    The real sad news is that I have no new Spyderco's. I've been lusting after a N5 but will likely wait for its Lite version before grabbing one. Otherwise, I've been alternating between the trusty Caly 3 and Salt 1 for EDC in hot, humid Houston. I got a strop this past Christmas and have been messing with it. I can't seem to get a hair-popping edge with it but I see that the bevels have been nicely polished. I suppose that's just the way it goes, right?
