Help Me Identify This Delica Clipit

We keep this little guy around the shop. It's got an integral clip on it, and the G-2 Stainless is a pain in the ass to put an edge on. The FRN inlay just says Delica. What is it? What year/era is it from?

First gen middle production from early 1990's
We would rather be the knife in your pocket, because is "works" better, than the knife in your showcase, because it "looks" better.

Regrind and cut/sand down the broken clip. Definitely a user, obviously.
