    I honestly don't want to appear a bragger. When you do something for 27 years, you should be fairly good at it. That, and any cook that regularly uses knives'll know the knuckles on the left hand guide the blade, so it's "safe". I just felt the urge to do it and film it for fun. Yes, I do get cuts, but not too often any more. I do thank you for the compliments, and for checking it out.
