There's still something about my Para2

I have fallen in love with Striders, but today I needed to cut a piece of cardboard and out came my first Para2. Even though it felt a little toy like and the front choil felt tiny (in all fairness I wear a size 11 ring)...it still was just GREAT. There is just something about its shape and they way it slices. There is no comparison to this compression lock either!

A strider and para 2 carry combo will be hard to beat. Tough and slicer combo, oooh yeh!

Yeah, I will always keep a few around...no matter how many other types/brands of knives I get.

    Do I need a Para 2? I got a Para 1 when they first came out, haven't felt a need to get the 2 yet.( the 1 has a 4mm blade, the 2 has a 3.5mm)
Well maby when they release the CPM M4 version.
    Waiting for....Calypso Jr.,

I am with you. I am a huge Strider fan and love to carry my SNG DGG but my Blue M390 PM2 is a surgical cutting tool. Its my go to knife and the one I carry if I fear I might be in a situation to loose a $500.00 knife.

I like my Grey PM2, and it is a great combination of blade, ergonomics, light weight, etc., but to be honest, following advice from many here I broke down and finally tried the Military (mine is the M390 CF) and I have to say that I like the Milie even better than the PM2. Here in Texas the 4" blade is still well below the 5.5" max., so I have been EDC'ing the Milie since I got it (about 3 weeks ago) and the PM2 is right now collecting a little dust in the shelf, feeling "unappreciated" at the moment.

The para2 is IMO one of the best EDC knives around(even though its the most expensive knife I own) I love using this knife, since I recently sharpened it,it just slices like butter.
It fits good in the hand, and doesn't hurt after cutting a lot, nice jimping, the comp-lock is awesome, and plenty more pros about this knife!!
