could you get the elmax re heat treated to say 61 HRc instead of 58.2 HRc it is said to be LOVE THE KNIFE.just expected at least 60-61HRc

Yes you can, but it isn't the hardness gain itself which would achieve results, it would be the difference in micro-structure which could get worse even if the hardness was increased.
